The Tides Condos on Hollywood Beach, FL:

The Tides Condos located on Hollywood Beach consist of two buildings. The 3801 (North) and the 3901 (South) buildings. Both Tides buildings have seen a very healthy 26% increase in asking and sold prices from the 1st quarter 2013 to present (4th quarter 2013).

If you are interested in purchasing a unit in the Tides you should make yourself familiar with the unit's position in the building. All the units on the South side of the 3901 Tides have a new neighbor called the Apogee Beach. This new building is now complete and is directly in front of the Sian. The Apogee Beach inhibits the view of the L,M,N and O lines on the South side of the 3901 Tides. Lines K, J, H, and G have seen a reduced Ocean view as well.

These units are still marketable and good units to purchase. The building is a solid investment and offers great amenities. The Tides offer a new gym, party room, great rental potential and very nice, open pool area.
