Hollywood and Hallandale Beach condos, in my opinion are very often overlooked by buyers due to the reputation of having many old people and old buildings. This is simply just not the case. So many people try to go to Sunny Isles and Fort Lauderdale to find a good deal.
The fact is, Hollywood and Hallandale Beach have some of the best views, lowest maintenance fees and many more activities than Sunny Isles or Fort ILauderdale have to offer.

If you do a simple web search on www.superiorhomesandcondos.comMore Info you will find condos in quiet older buildings as well as units in very modern, new buildings with many amenities.

Hollywood Beach is not as built up as its neighbors to the North and South and has one thing no other SE Florida Beach has, A BEACH FRONT BOARDWALK, with food and drinks.

Now, Sunny Isles is beautiful and has a wide variety of condo to choose from, as well as Fort Lauderdale Beach, but these usually have higher maintenance fees and usually a higher price point as well.

It is just my opinion as a Realtor that specializes in the beach front area for years, Hollywood and Hallandale Beach is just a great value for the dollar.

Its a safe, clean, family friendly beach!
